Common use of Policy Dialogue Clause in Contracts

Policy Dialogue. 4. The Recipient shall keep ADB informed of, and the Recipient and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the Program.

The Recipient shall keep ADB informed of, and the Recipient and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the Program.

The Recipient shall keep ADB informed of, and the Recipient and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the Programpolicies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix. The Recipient shall continue timely policy dialogue with ADB on problems and constraints encountered during implementation of the Program and on desirable changes to overcome or mitigate such problems and constraints.

The Recipient shall keep ADB informed of, and the Recipient and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues(a) the implementation of the various anti-crisis measures adopted under the Program, policy reforms and (b) additional reforms arising during the Program Period period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the Program.
