Policy Dialogue. 5. The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on issues related to structural adjustment, macroeconomic management, socially inclusive development, and governance and public administration reforms and ensuing policy and institutional reforms, and additional reforms that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out the Program. Without limiting the generality of the above, the Borrower shall provide ADB with an opportunity to comment on relevant policies, strategies (including the National Strategy for an Inclusive Financial Sector), studies, and draft laws, ordinances, regulations and guidelines that are likely to impact on Program objectives and implementation.

The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms arising during the implementation of the TA project, that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

The Borrower shall, and shall cause PEPCO and the DISCO to, keep ADB informed of any development in their policies, programs and investment plans related to the power generation, transmission and power distribution that may materially affect the financial viability of PEPCO, DISCO and the Investment Project.
