Policy Conflicts. The policies and provisions contained herein shall supersede, in all material respects, all conflicting or inconsistent policies and provisions contained in the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Grande Personnel Regulations and the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Grande Administrative Policies and Procedures.
Policy Conflicts. Where areas of differences exist or occur in rules, regulations, or questions of clinical or medical practices, the Hospital’s rules, regulation, or practices shall prevail, and any conflict shall be referred to the parties’ liaisons.
Policy Conflicts. Middle College established under this MOU will be governed by state and federal laws and regulations, applicable school districts, and college policies and procedures. If the high school district and college policies and procedures are in conflict, the college policy and procedure will prevail regarding any matter of college: (1) curriculum; (2) facilities; (3) academic and student support services; (4) extracurricular activities; (5) co-curricular activities; or (6) student conduct. Term, Renewal, and Termination of Agreement: The effective date of this MOU shall be upon signing, and shall automatically renew for successive two-year renewal terms under the terms and conditions set forth in this MOU. The MOU shall be reviewed every 24 months. The College and TVROP reserve and have the right to terminate the MOU upon service of written notice to the other party no later than January annually.
Policy Conflicts. The Middle College High School established under this agreement will be governed by state and federal laws and regulations, and school district, and college policies and requirements. If the high school district and college policies are in conflict, the college policy will prevail regarding any matter of college curriculum, facilities or services. ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Termination of Agreement: The MOU will be in effect through June 30, 2018. The MOU will be reviewed every 18 months and the parties may mutually agree to renew the MOU for successive two (2) year terms. The College and TVROP reserve and have the right to terminate the MOU upon service of written notice to the other party ninety (90) days prior to the date of determination. In this event, the date of termination will be the day after the end of the semester during which the 90-day period expires.
