Common use of Policies issued by Us to You Clause in Contracts

Policies issued by Us to You. If this Policy and any other auto or motor vehicle insurance policy issued to you by us (or any insurers that have common ownership with us) provide this coverage and apply to the same accident, our limit of liability under all those policies shall not exceed the highest limit of liability that applies for such coverage under any one of those policies. The limit of liability may not be added, combined or stacked with similar coverage under any other auto or motor vehicle Policy issued by us (or any insurers that have common ownership with us).
