Police Chief. If the grievance is not resolved at Step One, the Union shall submit it to the Police Chief within ten (10) calendar days following receipt of an answer from the Division Commander, or, if an answer is not received, the date on which it was due. The Police Chief has ten (10) calendars days from the date of submission to answer the grievance.
