Common use of Police Chief Clause in Contracts

Police Chief. If the grievance is not resolved in Step 1, the grievant may, within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Division Commander's answer, forward the grievance to the Police Chief for consideration. Answer to the grievance shall be made in writing by the Police Chief, after conferring with the grievant, within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the grievance.
