Point of Delivery. Unless otherwise agreed in the respective Location Agreement, Fuel shall be delivered into Buyer’s Aircraft according to the IATA Guidance Material on Standard Into-Plane Fuelling Procedures, latest edition. If Fuel is to be delivered into a fuel facility of an airline consortium or at another point of delivery, such Fuel shall be delivered in compliance with ICAO Doc 9977. Article 7. –
