The "Pods" clause defines the structure and operation of small, specialized teams or groups within an organization or project. Pods. Each Medical Group Physician hired or otherwise engaged ---- by Medical Group shall be a member of a Pod and shall provide services at the Practice Locations associated with that Pod.
Pods. Each Lot included in any Pod shall be included in Eligible Property for the period commencing on the A&D Lot Eligibility Date and ending on the applicable A&D Lot Maturity Date for each said Lot. After the expiration of the final A&D Lot Maturity Date, such Lot(s) in a Pod shall be excluded from Eligible Property.
Pods. All PHRCs, PHNMs, or HDDs hired during the Agreement period will attend WARN training within thirty (30) days of hire.
