PMO Schedules. The Contractor shall schedule, control, and perform all PMO work described herein IAW all terms and conditions contained in the contract and this PWS. The contractor shall develop and maintain the PMO schedules in coordination with DPW Operations, DPW Real Property Accountability Officer, Child Development/Youth Activities Centers, and all applicable manufacturer’s specifications. The Contractor shall inspect stairs and platforms of above ground tanks in conjunction with Preventive Maintenance. Building Managers shall be notified in writing 30 calendar days prior to scheduled service, and by telephone two workdays prior to the visit. The DPW Real Property Accountability Officer will provide the current list of Building Managers to the Contractor. The Contractor's schedule shall be divided by CLS (e.g., Electrical Distribution Systems, etc.) and Bid Line Items. Work shall be scheduled by the 21st day of the current month for PMO execution for the next month. The Contractor shall provide a copy of the schedule by the 22nd day of the month to assigned DPW POCs and the COR/ACOR. The Contractor shall submit the initial daily, bi-weekly, monthly schedule ten (10) business days prior to contract start date.
