Common use of PM Identification; Change Clause in Contracts

PM Identification; Change. Each Party shall identify an individual to have primary responsibility for day-to-day interactions with the other Party regarding the Services under a Statement of Work (a “Project Manager” or “PM”). Each Party may change its Project Manager under an applicable Statement of Work from time to time by written notice to the other Party. The Party making any such change will arrange for the other Party to meet its new Project Manager by teleconference or videoconference.
