Plurals, Etc. As used herein or in any document which incorporates the terms hereof:
Plurals, Etc. Pronouns, nouns and other terms used in this Agreement shall be construed as necessary to include their masculine, feminine, neuter, singular and plural forms.

Plurals, Etc. (A) The plural form of any noun shall include the singular and the singular shall include the plural, unless the context requires otherwise. (B) Each of the masculine, neuter and feminine forms of any pronoun shall include all such forms unless the context requires otherwise. (C) The terms "include", "includes", "including" and all other forms and derivations of such term shall mean including without limitation. (D) The terms "herein", "hereof", "hereunder", "hereby", "hereto", "herewith" and words of similar import shall refer to this AGREEMENT as a whole and not to any particular article, section or paragraph of this AGREEMENT. (E) The "(s)" shall mean any one or more.
Plurals, Etc. All singular words used herein shall include the plurals of such words, and vice versa, and all masculine references shall include feminine and neuter versions, and vice versa as well. All references to words such as “herein,” “hereunder” and “hereof,” and words of similar import, shall refer to the entirety of this Agreement and not just a portion hereof unless the contrary is clearly indicated.
