Any liability, obligation, or commitment of Seller or any of its Subsidiaries to the extent that it relates to or arises out of any Receivable, Assigned Contract, or Technology arising from or relating to Plicon Corporation, RP Packaging, Inc. and/or its or their Subsidiaries or Affiliates.
