Plats. Three copies of any proposed or existing recorded plat, showing all easements, ditches, streets, lot lines and proposed location for all Improvements on the Property and evidence satisfactory to the Bank that the transfer of ownership of the Property as a consequence of foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure will not result in a violation of subdivision laws.
