Platform Time Clause Samples
The "Platform Time" clause defines the official time standard that governs all activities, transactions, or deadlines on a given platform. Typically, this clause specifies that the platform's internal clock or a designated time zone (such as UTC or a specific local time) will be used to determine when actions occur, such as order placements, submissions, or expirations. By establishing a single, authoritative time reference, the clause eliminates confusion or disputes that could arise from users operating in different time zones or relying on their own device clocks.
