Platform Maintenance. 3.1 Qudini shall, without prejudice to Qudini's other notice obligations hereunder, where practicable give to Client prior written notice of scheduled (or emergency) Platform Maintenance that is likely to affect the availability of the Qudini Services or is likely to have a material negative impact upon the Qudini Services. 3.2 Advance notice may not be given of emergency Platform Maintenance. 3.3 Qudini will use reasonable efforts to undertake Platform Maintenance outside the Client’s stores’ opening hours.
