Platform Limitations Clause Samples
The Platform Limitations clause defines the boundaries and restrictions of use for a particular software platform or service. It typically outlines what users are permitted and not permitted to do, such as prohibiting reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or use beyond specified capacities. By clearly stating these limitations, the clause helps manage user expectations, protect the provider from misuse, and reduce potential legal disputes over improper use of the platform.
Platform Limitations. The Platform is subject to intended or unintended service interruptions. The Platform can be changed, interrupted or eliminated at any time for any reason at our sole discretion. In the event of an interruption, data loss or elimination of the Platform, we shall not be liable for any losses that might occur.
Platform Limitations. ➢ Both Facebook and Twitter (used for data acquisition) limit the number of API requests available per specific amount of time. This limits the amount of data that can be gathered per day. ➢ Facebook data collection policies introduced in 2018 prohibit the data acquisition from public pages and groups without a special approval from Facebook [2].
Platform Limitations. Provider understands and acknowledges that the Push Health platform does not meet Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) requirements for routing prescriptions for narcotics or other controlled substances.
