Platform-Enabled Products Sample Clauses
The Platform-Enabled Products clause defines the terms under which products or services are made available through a specific technology platform. Platform-Enabled Products. The Company hereby grants to the VAR a non-exclusive license within the Territory and during the Term of this Agreement to: (i) market and deliver Platform-Enabled Products to End Users; and (ii) use the Platform to create user and sub-user accounts for Platform-Enabled Products in connection with the distribution thereof, subject to their acceptance of the Platform Terms.
