Common use of Plat Clause in Contracts

Plat. Seller, at its sole expense, agrees that it shall use commercially reasonably efforts to subdivide the Property from Seller’s Property and record the Plat prior to the Closing; provided, however, Seller agrees that the Plat shall be subject to the reasonable written approval of Buyer and that Seller shall not cause or permit the Plat to be recorded until after the City Approvals are obtained.
