Plans and Construction Process. (1) Landlord's Work. Attached hereto as Exhibit B are a space plan and detailed scope showing the work to be performed by Landlord, at Landlord's cost and expense, in order to prepare the Premises for Tenant's occupancy (such work being hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord's Work"). For the purposes of this Lease, the term "Landlord's Work" shall mean all labor, materials and other work necessary for the construction of the improvements described in Exhibit B.
