Planning Forecasts. Each September during the term of the Agreement or any extension thereof, Trinity shall prepare for IRC a special planning forecast for the following calendar year estimating Trinity's requirements for each Product for such year. This forecast shall not be binding upon the parties and shall be used for internal planning purposes only.
