Planner requirements. The Contractor’s planner is a key person and his name is included in the Contract Data – Part Two, data provided by the Contractor. This key person must have intimate knowledge of ECC Core Clause 3 and specifically the requirements as set out in ECC Core Clause 31.2.
Planner requirements a. The planner appointed for this contract is seen as a key person and his name is to be included into the Contract Data by the Contractor.
b. It is a requirement of this contract that the planner is sufficiently experienced and well qualified to perform the requirements of the programme.
c. The Contractor shall provide the Project Manager with a weekly update on the programme.
