Planned Closing. When there are planned closings of specific facilities, (e.g., repairs, renovations, technology, etc.) employees will be notified as far in advance as possible. Employees have the option of either rescheduling their hours within the work week, or within the pay period if such re-scheduling does not result in overtime at either the same facility or another facility within the system, or using available vacation, personal leave or compensatory time, or using leave without pay.
