Common use of Plan Supplement Clause in Contracts

Plan Supplement. All exhibits and documents included in the Plan Supplement are incorporated into and are a part of the Prepackaged Plan as if set forth in full in the Prepackaged Plan. After the exhibits and documents are Filed, copies of such exhibits and documents shall be available upon written request to the Debtors’ counsel at the address above or by downloading such exhibits and documents from the Debtors’ restructuring website at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/View or the Bankruptcy Court’s website at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/. To the extent any exhibit or document is inconsistent with the terms of the Prepackaged Plan, unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, the non-exhibit or non-document portion of the Prepackaged Plan shall control.
