Common use of Plan Supplement Clause in Contracts

Plan Supplement. Any and all exhibits or schedules not filed with the Plan shall be contained in a Plan supplement and filed with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court at least ten days prior to the Confirmation Hearing. Upon its filing with the Bankruptcy Court, the Plan supplement may be inspected in the office of the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court during regular court hours. Holders of Claims or Interests may obtain a copy of the Plan Supplement upon written request to the Debtor or the Creditors’ Committee in accordance with Section 15.8 of the Plan.

Upon its filing with the Bankruptcy Court, the Plan supplement Supplement may be inspected in the office of the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court during regular normal court hours. Holders of Claims or Interests may obtain a copy of the Plan Supplement upon written request to the Debtor or the Creditors’ Committee Debtors in accordance with Section 15.8 XIV.K of the Plan.
