Plan Sponsor. 1. Agrees that upon acceptance of this agreement by GBS, the employee benefit plans proposed by GBS and selected by the Plan Sponsor (Employer) under the Plan Selections sections of this agreement shall be adopted by the Employer and will be the basis for the administration of the Employer’s employee benefit plan for the 12 month period beginning on the implementation or renewal date of this contract.
