Plan Sheets. Utility plans must show full construction details for all utilities to be relocated or constructed by the contractor as covered by the UWHC Agreement. A plan-profile sheet format should be utilized where appropriate. Show all underground utilities in the plan portion, and those which equal or exceed 4'' must also be shown in the profile portion. Show all above ground Utilities in the plan portion (inclusive of underground connections).
