Common use of Plan Requirements Clause in Contracts

Plan Requirements. It is agreed that the Company and the Union accept the principle that an incentive plan must provide the opportunity for an individual or a crew to earn at a level above that of a fair day's pay. It is further understood that an incentive plan must meet all of the following requirements. (a) It provides lower costs and/or increased productivity for the Company. 7.05 (b) The level of work is measurable in accordance with sound industrial engineering practices.
