Plan for Termination. In the case of termination of the charter, the Palouse Prairie School Board of Directors is responsible for dissolution of the charter school. Creditors will be paid from the charter school monetary assets and/or through the auctioning off of non-monetary assets under the direction of the governing board. Parents/legal guardians will be notified by public notice and by mail of the procedure to request a transfer of student records to a specific school. Unless otherwise requested, all remaining records of students will be transferred to the Moscow School District. The Articles of Incorporation of the Corporation, Palouse Prairie Educational Organization, Inc., provide that upon dissolution of the Corporation any remaining assets shall be donated to the ACE.
