Plan Exclusions o The Plan does not apply to installation, removal or disposal of the Plan Device, or providing substitute devices while the Plan Device is being repaired. o The Plan does not include or make any provision for a loan device whilst the Plan Device is being assessed or repaired. o The Plan does not apply to damage caused to a device that is not the Plan Device. o This Plan does not cover abuse or misuse of the Plan Device. o This Plan does not cover damages caused to the Plan Device by fire, earthquake or other external causes of damage. o This Plan does not cover operating the Plan Device outside the permitted or intended uses described by the manufacturer. o The Plan does not apply to a Plan Device with a serial number that has been altered, defaced or removed, or a Plan Device has been modified to alter its functionality or capability without the written permission of the manufacturer. o The Plan does not apply to a Plan Device that is lost or stolen. o The Plan does not apply to cosmetic damage to the Plan Device, including but not limited to scratches and dents that does not otherwise prevent the functionality of the Plan Device. o The Plan does not provide preventative or other maintenance on the Plan Device. o The Plan does not apply to defects and/ or damage caused by normal wear and tear or which are due to normal aging of the Plan Device. o The Plan does not apply to the battery performance of the Plan Device. o Any claim for Repair under this Plan is subject to an internal validity assessment at an Authorised Samsung Service Centre. o The Plan applies to inner foldable screen damage only. Any other parts requiring replacement or repair, to return the Plan Device to manufacturing standards is payable by You. o Any other damage to the Plan Device identified or arising during the Repair process and which is not caused by the repair is payable by You.
Plan Exclusions. As of the Effective Date, the Plan does not have any Plan Exclusions.
Plan Exclusions. A full list of treatment exclusions is available to view in Your Plan details on the Portal. Your Plan does not cover: • Pharmaceutical items, prescription fees, third party fees (for example referral to another practice for a CT scan or X-ray) or laboratory fees. These will be charged by the Practice, third party, laboratory or pharmacy (as applicable) and payable by the Patient directly. • Dental appointments, advice or treatment provided by a dental practitioner who is not a Bupa Dental Clinician at the Practice or who does not offer services under the Plan. • The cost of any specialist treatment or advice provided by a specialist dentist if the Bupa Dental Clinician makes such a referral during an appointment covered under Your Plan. All specialist treatment and advice will be payable by the Patient to the specialist in accordance with any applicable treatment plan or terms and conditions. • Additional charges (for example, COVID-19 safety tariff in respect of personal protective equipment (PPE)) which may be introduced from time to time in response to a sudden or unexpected change in the practice of dentistry or Bupa Dental Care’s costs. We will only introduce additional charges where it is considered reasonable and necessary. Where possible We will give You notice by email 30 days in advance of any such charges. If changes are required more quickly and We are not able to tell You at least 30 days in advance We will give You as much notice as possible. Any such additional charges will be payable by the Patient to Bupa Dental Care. Nothing in this Agreement prevents the Patient and the Bupa Dental Clinician agreeing to undertake treatment and/or care which is not within the Plan. The Patient will be responsible for paying for such treatment at the Practice’s applicable rates and subject to any discount to which the Patient may be entitled under the Plan. You can cancel the Plan in accordance with clause 8 of this Agreement if You do not agree to any additional charges introduced by Us from time to time.
Plan Exclusions. Ather shall not be liable to make any payments with respect to repair requests, if directly or indirectly caused due to, attributable to or arising from any of the following: a Normal wear and tear of components not integral to the functioning of the Battery. b Any costs covered under the Ather manufacturer’s warranty, any other applicable warranty, or under any existing plan or insurance, Including any motor insurance policy. c The , loss, untraceability, accidental damage, or any damage to the battery. d Any tampering with the Battery or Battery pack or tampering or removal of the warranty seal by any unauthorised party. e Any loss caused due to abuse, negligence, misuse of the battery in contravention of the underlying OEM manufacturer’s warranty, or where the battery has undergone unauthorised repairs. f Any failure to service your vehicle at an Ather authorised service centre. g Any loss or damage caused due to chemicals, prolonged immersion in water or using high pressure cleaners/liquids to the battery/ battery pack or BMS, direct contact with saltwater or flooding. h Any loss or damage due to the Battery not being handled, charged or maintained as recommended by the OEM in the owner’s manual. i Any loss or damage due to the Battery not being discharged at the recommended discharge rates specified by Ather in the owner’s manual. j Any loss or damage due to the Battery pack not being used in the temperature range specified by Ather in the owner’s manual or any exposure of the Battery to open fire. k Any loss or damage due to the Battery not being charged in accordance with Ather recommended rates and/or any unauthorised charging attempt bypassing the BMS control. l The usage of the vehicle in which the Battery is contained for any purpose other than for personal use. m The presence of any signs or other indications of physical damage, connector damage, wire cut or wire melting in the Battery. n Any removal of the Battery pack by any person other than Ather authorised service centres. o Any defects which are subject to an Ather manufacturer’s recall. p Any defects or problems not covered under Ather’s manufacturer warranty.
