Plan Duration. This plan will come into effect as of September 1, 1995 and will continue in effect for the duration of this Collective Agreement.

FOR HOURLY EMPLOYEES OF PRECISION INDUSTRIES INC. NUCLEAR PRODUCTS DEPARTMENT PORT HOPE, ONTARIO General The Company undertakes to implement a Plan for its Hourly employees to supplement unemployment insurance benefits paid by the Canada Employment and Immigration Commission for unemployment caused by a shortage of work. Full-time, permanent, Hourly employees of Precision Industries Inc., Local United Steelworkers of America, Nuclear Products Department, Port .Hope are eligible for benefits under the Plan in the event of lay-off providing they meet the requirements set out under Section Registration, below.
Plan Duration. This plan summarizes work for the 6-month contract term between Arlington County and ANSI. This work plan may be altered through a contract amendment negotiated and executed by both parties.

Plan Duration. Each Fixed Plan will be for a fixed duration ranging from three (3) to twelve (12) months. The rate at which Earn Users earn rewards ("Rewards Rate") shall apply for the duration of the Fixed Plan. We reserve the right to amend the terms of any Fixed Plan if such changes are immaterial and do not impact the potential rewards to be earned or the plan duration.
