Plan Benefit. (a) The “Plan Benefit” is the lesser of (a) 100% of Dependent Care Expenses incurred during the Plan Year and the Grace Period or (b) the maximum benefit elected by the Participant for the Plan Year. (b) The Participant may elect a maximum benefit of up to $5,000 for a Plan Year ($2,500 in the case of a married Participant that files a separate income tax return).
