Plan Actions. Prior to the date of this Agreement, for each Company Stock Plan, the committee of the Company Board or other body authorized to administer and interpret such Company Stock Plan has made the determination and directed, in each case in accordance with the terms of such Company Stock Plan, that the Company Stock Options shall be treated as set forth in Section 1.08(a) and Section 1.08(b) of this Agreement.
