The Placement Verification clause establishes the requirement for confirming that a product, service, or advertisement has been correctly positioned or delivered as agreed. In practice, this may involve providing documentation, screenshots, or third-party reports to demonstrate that placement obligations have been fulfilled according to contract terms. This clause ensures transparency and accountability, helping to prevent disputes by providing clear evidence of performance.
Placement Verification. SOCIAL ECOLOGY shall send PLACEMENT SITE a list of authorized field study students by the second week of each academic quarter. This list will be sent via email to the liaison for the agency as well as the supervisor listed by the student. The list shall include the names of students placed with the agency and the number of units in which they are enrolled.
Placement Verification. The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring all media were broadcast or published according to placement instructions. The Contractor will provide:
1. affidavits of performance (a notarized document signed by a member of the account management team detailing which buys were run and when); air time logs; tear sheets; either hard copy or electronic, of print ads; completion photos of out-of-home ads and screenshots of internet ads; or
2. verification documents that indicate the run dates and/or times and the circulation or ratings achieved. Authorized Users reserve the right to request additional supporting documentation as needed.
