Common use of Placement Fee Clause in Contracts

Placement Fee. The amount of compensation to be paid by the Corporation to each Agent with respect to each Placement for which such Agent acted as sales Agent under this Agreement shall be equal to up to 2% of the gross proceeds from such Placement (the “Placement Fee”), which amount shall be paid in the same currency as the sale of the Placement Shares it pertains to.

Placement Fee. The amount of compensation to be paid by the Corporation to each an Agent with respect to each Placement for which such Agent acted as sales Agent under this Agreement shall be equal to up to 23% of the gross proceeds from such Placement (the “Placement Fee”), which amount shall be paid in the same currency as the gross proceeds from the sale of the Placement Shares to which it pertains topertains.

Placement Fee. The amount of compensation to be paid by the Corporation to each an Agent with respect to each Placement for which such Agent acted as sales Agent under this Agreement shall be equal to up to 22.00% of the gross proceeds from such Placement (the “Placement Fee”), which amount shall be paid in the same currency as the gross proceeds from the sale of the Placement Shares to which it pertains topertains.

Placement Fee. The amount of compensation to be paid by the Corporation to each the Agent in consideration of the Agent's services hereunder and with respect to each Placement for which such Agent acted as sales Agent under this Agreement shall be equal to up to 22.50% of the gross proceeds from such Placement (the “Placement Fee”), which amount shall be paid in the same currency as the sale of the Placement Shares it pertains to.,

The amount of compensation to be paid by the Corporation Company to each the Agent with respect to each Placement for which such Agent acted as sales Agent under this Agreement shall be equal to up to 2% of the gross proceeds from such Placement (the “Placement Fee”), which amount shall be paid in the same currency as the sale of the Placement Shares it pertains to.

The amount of compensation to be paid by the Corporation Company to each the Designated Agent with respect to each Placement for which such Agent acted as sales the Designated Agent under this Agreement shall be equal to up to 23.0% of the gross proceeds from such Placement (the “"Placement Fee”"), which amount shall be paid in the same currency as the sale of the Placement Shares it pertains to.

Placement Fee. The amount of compensation to be paid by the Corporation to each the Agent with respect to each Placement for which such the Agent acted as sales Agent agent under this Agreement shall be equal to up to 22.5% of the gross proceeds from such Placement (the “Placement Fee”), which amount shall be paid in the same currency as the sale of the Placement Shares it pertains to.

Placement Fee. The amount of compensation to be paid by the Corporation to each Agent with respect to each Placement for which such Agent acted as sales Agent under this Agreement shall be equal to up to 21% of the gross proceeds from such Placement (the “Placement Fee”), which amount shall be paid in the same currency as the sale of the Placement Shares it pertains to.

The amount of compensation to be paid by the Corporation to each Agent with respect to each Placement for which such Agent acted as sales Agent agent under this Agreement shall be equal to up to 2% of the gross proceeds from such Placement (the “"Placement Fee”"), which amount shall be paid in the same currency as the sale of the Placement Shares it pertains to.

The amount of compensation to be paid by the Corporation Company to each any Lead Agent with respect to each Placement for which such Agent acted as sales Agent agent under this Agreement shall be equal to up to 23.0% of the gross proceeds from such Placement (the “Placement Fee”), which amount shall be paid in the same currency as the sale of the Placement Shares it pertains to.

The amount of compensation to be paid by the Corporation to each an Agent with respect to each Placement for which such Agent acted as sales Agent under this Agreement shall be equal to up to 22.0% of the gross proceeds from such Placement (the “Placement Fee”), which amount shall be paid in the same currency as the gross proceeds from the sale of the Placement Shares to which it pertains topertains. The allocation of the Placement Fee between one or more of the Agents for each Placement will be set out in the Placement Notice, as determined by the Corporation.
