Place of processing. 1The contractually agreed processing generally takes place in Germany. Any relocation to another member state of the European Union (EU), another state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA) or a third country requires documented instructions from the client. 3 A transfer to a third country may only take place if the special requirements of Art. 44 and following GDPR are fulfilled.
