Common use of Place; Language Clause in Contracts

Place; Language. The place of the arbitration shall be Vienna, the language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English without translation. The Arbitral Tribunal has to decide in the award which party has to bear the costs of the arbitration (or in what proportions the costs shall be borne by the Parties) including the fees of counsel having assisted the Parties.
