Pipelines. If a transportation pipeline, including a pipeline for the transportation of natural gas, natural gas liquids, synthetic gas, liquefied petroleum gas, petroleum or a petroleum product or hazardous substance, is located on or within the Real Property, Seller shall give Buyer statutory notice regarding such pipeline(s) as required by Section 5.010 of the Texas Property Code.
