Common use of Pipeline Clause in Contracts

Pipeline. For Pipeline movements, the volume will be determined by the Marine Vessel receipt and/or load volumes in Section 11(a)(i) above for the portion of the Marine Vessel receipt and/or load volume delivered to or received from the Wilmington Refinery by the Pipelines. For Marine Vessel discharge or load volume which is delivered to or received from third party pipelines or terminals and the Wilmington Refinery, the Pipeline movement volume will be determined by the difference between the total volume discharged from or loaded to the Marine Vessel less the volume delivered to or received from a third-party pipeline or terminal. Customer shall provide Operator with all reasonable documentation with respect to the volumes throughput across the Berths, including but not limited to, inspection reports, meter tickets or other similar documentation within three (3) Business Days of completion of Marine Vessel discharge.
