PIPE MARKING. The Contractor shall mark all piping in the vessel to indicate its service and usage. Label plates shall be attached to all valves, manifolds, and pumps to indicate the system and function of the equipment. For valves, the label plates shall be installed over the stem of the hand wheel, where possible, and shall indicate the direction of opening (or closing). The nameplate shall be 14-gauge (or heavier) brass with ¼-inch high engraved letters filled with black paint.

PIPE MARKING. The Contractor shall mark all piping in the vessel to indicate its service and usage in accordance with the contract drawing. The pipes shall be marked at each termination and at each watertight bulkhead penetration to indicate service and flow direction. Piping shall also be marked at the midpoint of long compartment runs. Standard markers, color bands and flow arrows, similar to those available from Graphic Products DuraLabel system, may be used. When the piping layout creates or occurs in a limited area of inaccessibility or of extreme complexity, such segments of layouts may require substitute techniques to achieve positive identification. Use of substitute techniques shall be limited to such segments and shall not deviate from the concept of identification described above. Attention shall be given to visibility with reference to pipe markings. Where pipe lines are located above or below the normal line of vision, the lettering shall be placed below or above the horizontal centerline of the pipe. Label plates shall be attached to all valves and pumps to indicate the system and function of the equipment.   • Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing.   • Removal of DXC Trademarks Supplier shall remove from all Products rejected, returned or not purchased by DXC, DXC’s name and any of DXC’s trademarks, trade names, insignia, part numbers, symbols, and decorative designs, prior to any other sale, use, or disposition of such Products by Supplier.

  • User Content Certain areas of the Platform may enable you to post comments, send messages, correspond with others and/or otherwise post content (“User Content”) in connection with various features that Spectra may elect to offer, such as information libraries, e-mail service, bulletin boards, chatrooms, electronic postcards, chats with special guests, e-mails, and forums to communicate with others (“Message Features”). You must use the Message Features in a responsible manner and you are fully responsible for all User Content that you provide to us or others. Your License to Us. Spectra is not responsible for any User Content and has no duty to monitor User Content. You use any information contained in User Content at your own risk. Spectra and its designees have the right, in their sole discretion, to monitor, review, edit, remove, delete, disable, refuse, restrict, or terminate access to your User Content or the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, for any or no reason. The obligations that you have to us under these Terms shall survive termination of the Platform, any use by you of the Platform, any User Content on the Platform, or these Terms. You will not continue to post any User Content that Spectra has previously advised you not to post.
