Pipe Lining. a. When used in sanitary sewer applications, ductile iron pipe and fittings shall be lined with 40 mils of Protecto 401 Ceramic Epoxy liner or equal. All bells and spigots shall be lined with a minimum of 8 mils of Protecto 401 or approved equal. b. The liner shall meet the manufacturer’s recommendations.
