Pinterest. Manitowoc ParentCo does not own or maintain any Pinterest accounts. SpinCo Group is the owner of record for and currently has control over the Pinterest account having the name “Manitowoc FS” (the “SpinCo Pinterest Account”). The foregoing Pinterest account information represents the only Pinterest accounts and account names owned or used by the parties. Therefore, ownership of the Pinterest account assets relevant to the Distribution has already been allocated to the respective parties. The parties agree that, following the Distribution, there is no current practical business need for Manitowoc ParentCo to use or have access to the SpinCo Pinterest Account.
