Pilot Projects. The Committee may make recommendations to the City regarding opportunities for pilot projects to improve Transit service. Any pilot projects that would require an alteration(s) to the current terms and conditions set out in this Collective Agreement must be set out in a separate Memorandum of Agreement that must be ratified by both the Union and the City before implementation of the pilot project.
