A. The scope of this Piggyback Contract is limited to the Products and services listed below, provided they are set forth in the Master Contract. Only the Products and services listed in this section may be purchased under this Piggyback Contract.
1) Network and non-network EVSE and related maintenance, repair, parts and supplies, warranties and product training;
2) Site assessment, site preparation, and installation of EVSE and related materials; and

The State reserves the right to procure tires from other manufacturers or dealers and distributors directly when in the best interests of the State. The Master Contract is expressly amended as noted in Section 4, Merger of Appendices/Conflict of Clauses, below.
