Pick up / Drop off. All vehicles have designated pickup and drop off points. It is the responsibility of the parent(s) to ensure that their child is / children are at the pickup point at the designated time. • Vehicles will not leave from collection points ahead of schedule. However, vehicles will not be able to wait at pick up points after the scheduled time. On very rare occasions, due to traffic delays vehicles may arrive at pick up and drop off point behind schedule. • The parents must inform the Transport In-Charge either in writing or by phone in case a student does not want to use the return trip on any particular day. The safety of children cannot be ensured without cooperation from parents in this regard.

Applicant agrees to include a notice in any food carry-out confirmation email (“Notice”) instructing curbside service customers to wait in their car in one of the following legal spaces for stopping: 1) metered parking, 2) a future PUDO zone if DDOT has established one or 3) the garage located in ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇; the Notice will further provide that customers who wish to temporarily park and leave their cars for pickup must use only metered parking or garage spaces. The Notice will provide in bolded lettering, for avoidance of doubt, that customers must not block travel lanes, crosswalks or the bus zone at any time. Applicant will provide information consistent with the Notice to all customers who order for carryout or curbside service by phone.
Pick up / Drop off. ● If you have any questions or concerns, please set up an appointment to meet with a teacher outside of class time, when the teacher can give their full attention to your needs or concerns. It is important that the teachers give their full attention to the students during drop off in the morning and dismissal in the afternoon. ● Please be advised that the preschool is a closed campus, under liability. For safety reasons, we cannot have the campus used for recreational purposes. After school, 5th and 6th grade teachers or administrators will walk their students to the grass just West of the North doors. Parents will not be allowed to stop in the red areas near the crosswalk. Parents should obey traffic laws and always put the safety of their student first above any convenience to pick-up and drop-off of their student. Parents need to get into the carpool lane to pick students up. If a spot is not open, then go around the block until one opens. Once in the carpool lane parents need to pull forward when picking up or dropping off students, remain in vehicles at all times, only drop off and pick up on curbside, and ONLY LOOK FOR THEIR STUDENT ONCE THEY HAVE STOPPED IN THE CARPOOL LANE. Once in the carpool lane, they can pull forward as other parents leave and look for their students.
Pick up / Drop off. Your children remain your responsibility outside of their class times (excluding Kinder Gym parent participation classes).YMCA is not responsible for supervising children outside of their class times. Please ensure you do not leave the Centre before your child’s class commences, and ensure you return on time to collect your child upon conclusion of their class.
