Physicals License Clause Samples

Physicals License. All drivers must pass a medical examination as required by the State. The Employer will provide a CDL physical by the employer’s approved doctor. All required license renewals will be paid by the Board. Tuberculosis (T.B.) x-rays will be paid for if required by the school approved doctor. All drivers must meet all state, federal and Michigan Department of Education licensing and bus driving regulations. This includes a valid license with appropriate CDL and bus driver endorsements. The school district will pay the cost for this renewal testing.
