Physical Possession of Documents. 4.1 During the term of Pledge under this Agreement, the Pledgor shall deliver the physical possession of the Certificate of Distribution (original) of Party B and provide the testify of the proper record of such pledge on the shareholders’ register of Party B to Party A within one week as of the date of conclusion of this Agreement.
