Common use of Physical or Mental Illness Clause in Contracts

Physical or Mental Illness. The Executive's right to terminate his employment pursuant to this Agreement shall not be affected by his incapacity due to physical or mental illness. The Executive's continued employment shall not constitute consent to, or a waiver of rights with respect to, any circumstance constituting Good Reason hereunder.
