Common use of Physical or Mental Illness Clause in Contracts

Physical or Mental Illness. During any period that Executive fails to perform Executive's full-time duties within the System as a result of incapacity due to physical or mental illness, his System employer shall pay Executive's full salary to Executive at the rate in effect at the commencement of any such period, together with all compensation and benefits payable to Executive under the terms of any compensation or benefit plan, program or arrangement (other than Company's short- or long-term disability plan, as applicable) maintained by Company during such period, until Executive's employment is terminated by his System employer for Disability.
