PHYSICAL/MENTAL ABILITY. A. If a question arises as to the ability of an Employee to perform his/her work or if required by law or regulation (transportation), a physical or mental examination may be required. The Board will pay the cost of the examination. If the Board requests further examinations, the Board will pay for the examinations.
