Physical Inventory of Grant Supported Property. At least once every two (2) years, or more frequently when instructed by the State, the Subrecipient shall cooperate with the State who will perform a physical inventory of grant-supported property as set forth in Article 18 Property Management and furnish the State a copy of the inventory.
